Fantastic service! Garage door broke on a Friday afternoon, called The Door Man, and by Saturday @ 11:30 a gentleman by the name of Nick showed up and fixed it . Great service and was super nice! Highly recommend .

My garage door was hit Tuesday night by a friends vehicle. I searched & found The Door Man/Garage Doors on Facebook. After reading the reviews, I texted the phone # that I found and immediately received a text back asking for my info. He assured me that he would come out the next day and fix it for me. He did exactly what he said. Nick showed up at my house, he was prompt, very efficient, and reasonably priced. I was so worried that my track would have to be replaced but thankfully it didn’t. It took him less than 30 minutes and my garage door works better than it did. So glad I found them and can recommend them to my clients! Today was the first time I had ever even heard of these guys! I was recommended by several people to call them about an issue with my garage door. When I called, Kelly helped me over the phone! Didn’t charge me one cent! He could have easily taken advantage of me and showed up spent 1 min to fix the issue, and handed me a bill for $100 for a service visit! But he didn’t! He took time to tell me what was wrong and how to fix it in 10 seconds. That is some serious honesty and integrity! I will always use them in the future just for treating me right this time! 10/10 recommend!

Best service ever. Extremely competent techs that impressed the daylights out of me. Quickly accessed i didn’t need a new door. Replaced some worn hinges and did some adjustment. Feels and sounds like a new door. I highly recommend this team. And, great value for money.

Called about a broken spring around 4 yesterday afternoon. They had my spring replaced and my garage door going again shortly after 10 this morning. Ryan called me when he was on his way, I came home from work and he had me fixed and I was back at work in less than an hour. He was very polite and nice to work with. Thanks!

Nick was the service technician that replaced the garage door motor for me. He was friendly and efficient. I called several other companies and they wanted me to wait until 8-10pm the next day before they fix the motor. My car was in the garage so I was stuck at home because I couldn’t get the door open. Nick arrived within the hour and it only took him 1-1.5 hours to replace the motor. This is the company to call for great service on your garage door or garage door motor. I highly recommend The Door Man.

Ryan in Jackson did a fantastic job yesterday, and went above and beyond to fix our poor screeching garage door and replace an old undersized, dangerously warped spring before it snapped. Nice folks, reasonable price, and very fast service. Strongest possible recommendation.

They came out within a couple of hours of my call. Polite, efficient, very reasonable cost-wise— performed general maintenance in addition to the problem I called for. Definitely will recommend to others.

We’ve used The Door Man several times and always had a great experience. Most recent was husband backed into the closed door. We thought it was going to cost hundreds to replace the door or at least a panel. The guy came the day after I called and hammered it out. Looks as good as new! Highly recommend.

Friday 10/16/20 around 3:30 in the afternoon the springs on my garage door broke. I called Mary at the Doorman and even though it was late in the day and a Friday, she was able to send a young man to replace the spring almost immediately. That is outstanding service. Backed into a door that was partway down, knocked it off track, thought it was done for. Came out same day and fixed it in 30 minutes. Reinforced the door, oiled and tightened chain, now it’s better than before I hit it! Great price, highly recommend.

I called Wednesday, and they came out Thursday morning. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. Ryan came out, saw what the problem was, installed a new system, and walked us through how to operate it. Ryan did a great job and was very knowledgeable about the product. The price was affordable and I would recommend their services.

I’ve used them twice. First time was a few years. Mechanical issue with my door. Called number, spoke to an actual person and not an automated answering service. They heard my issue and sent someone out a day or two later. He was punctual, courteous and efficient. Today I called, started to state my issue and she cut me off saying “let me stop you right there and help you possibly save some money”, imagine that, music to my ears. She told me to youtube garage sensor troubleshooting and it worked. Just the nicest thing she didn’t have to do. If I have any other issues with my door I can’t fix they will be my first and only call.

I have used them once before and was pleased with service and pricing! Yesterday I needed a door strut for my binding 16’ door, I called The Door man and they kindly directed me to their vendor to get the strut, saving me a ton of money, I appreciate this very much and happy to do any future business with them!

I called on yesterday evening & spoke with Mary about my garage door went dead. She told me if I needed to get out pull the red string & that would open the door & a repair man would give me a call. This am Blake called & asked if I would be available this am I said yes he replied that he could be There 30-45 Mins. Blake was very prompt, Nice & efficient. He told me about the cheapest route that I could take & left it totally up to me. He estimated that he would be through approximately in a 1hr. Great work door is like new. I recommend The Door Man.

One of the cables on our door broke last night about 7:00 pm and the door would not open. We called immediately and they said someone would be here first thing this morning to fix it-and he was. By 8:15 am we were operating smoothly again. I highly recommend!!

This is an EXCELLENT company! I have five kids so I’ve used them a few times in the past. I called them at 11:30 last night and was answered by the second rang. We just had the springs replaced on our garage door today. The service was excellent. It took about 20 to 30 minutes to replace springs. The man that changed out the springs is very knowledgeable. I would most definitely recommend this company to everyone I know. Also, reasonably priced. I am very satisfied.

Called about my garage door which had just basically uninstalled itself lol other garage company that I’ve been using was “oh it will be Monday” which puts my house not completely locked down from Thursday to Monday (they are supposedly a 24 hrs company as well they are NOT).
